I think one of the most intimidating areas of homeschooling for me, was the thought of teaching a child to read and write. It actually terrified me! Now that I know more about Hooked on Phonics it made this recommendation very easy!

Perfect amount of time to not become overload for a child. Hooked on Phonics also provides teaching Math and Spelling. All of the critical subjects a child needs K=2nd grade.

Also found out that if your child (any age) wasn’t taught properly and is struggling with reading, writing or math, Hooked on Phonics can be the solution. Hooked on Phonics is tried and true. They were established back in 1987 and still going strong! That says a lot and is a big part of the reason why I highly recommend this program. If your child can read, write and learn math, they can do anything. They can learn anything they want to.

What I’m finding is the best value and has everything you need, is in the monthly pack. There are other choices but can get a little complicated.
